On-site proceedings (published by IJCAI)

On-site proceedings containing the full paper contributions will be published in a proceedings booklet at the workshop site. In addition, participants will receive a CD-ROM containing all presentations in PDF format.

Post-Conference proceedings (published by Springer)

Springer will publish (confirmed!) post-conference proceedings out of ISACS 2013 contributions in the LNAI/LNCS series. Within the tradition of previous workshops, we will invite all authors of the on-site proceedings to submit revised papers for post-conference proceedings published in Springer. Furthermore, the book should contain refereed papers invited by the workshop chairs. Submission deadline and time plan will be announced right after the conference.

LNCS 3368

Dual Submission Policy

Papers will be considered for review that are specifically submitted to ISACS 2013 as well as those that are submitted to the main IJCAI conference as well. Double submission must be indicated by authors, and the workshop organizer must be given a copy of the IJCAI reviews.

The layout of the papers must be prepared according to the Instructions for the Preparation of Camera-Ready Contributions to LNCS Proceedings. Authors are asked to follow these instructions exactly. In addition to the Springer author instructions, authors should ensure that the submitted paper meets the following criteria:

Double Blind Review

All reviewing will be double blind, so the papers will not include any information which allows the authors to be identified.

Electronic Submission and Review Process

For ISACS 2013 we will provide electronic submission and review facilities. Papers should be submitted via easychair. Reviewers will receive usernames and passwords, will be able to edit their review file, and submit it finally to the co-chairs.
